以特殊工法製造的袋狀裝填彈簧,是席本諾名床能提供最舒適支撐的秘密,獨特的彈簧線圈與排列方式,是以超高密度蜂巢狀排列組合而成.讓床墊中心不會塌陷變形.這些工匠的技術都經過世代相傳,以手工精密排列,並且為製造每一張席本諾名床所付出的心力而感到驕傲。
Pocket-spring Each barrel-shaped spring is made by sophisticated machinery, and is then compressed and sewn into individual pockets which are joined together in rows.
手工側縫
床墊四周圍再以手工加強縫紉,使得床沿部份不易下塌變形,讓身體躺於其上時能得到完整的支撐,使身體全然放鬆,更加舒適。
Side Stitching By Hand The hightly skilled, labour-intensive operation of hand side stitching with needle and twine provides true edge-to -edge support. This traditional method secures the springs to the upholstery and reinforces the border.
手工穿彈簧
席本諾名床最特殊的製造技術是將整張床墊內的十數層頂級墊料以上下貫穿的固定方式由內到外將鋪料完全緊密結合,使床墊表面形成規則的立體丘狀區域,因此提昇床墊的獨立支撐性與舒適度。
Hand nesting spring The rows of pocket-springs are then hand nested and centre-tied to make a complete spring unit. They are placed together in a honeycomb pattern with minimun space between the springs. These springs contour perfectly to the body-shape, and give the ideal individual support for each sleeper.
手工梳毛及手工鋪毛
為達到舒適與耐用的品質要求,床墊內層採取手梳工法採用100%的天然純棉做為內襯,並縫入最高級的喀什米爾羊毛與頂級白馬鬃,鋪上蠶絲與天然馬毛,以提高床墊的透氣性與彈性。
Hand Teasing The Hair & wool The spring unit is then covered with layers of the finest upholstery materials available. These layers are applied over the spring unit and can include soft white cotton felt, hand laid hair, pure lambswool, polyester, and silk.
